Project Management
The management of IT Projects is a difficult
discipline. The key is to establish a rapport with the business
Users, the developers, and the project sponsors. Before a project
launch (or as an initial step), the project team and key
stakeholders (sponsors and business leaders) must document the
criteria for success and must identify how success will be measured.
Having run a variety of multi-million dollar
projects across international time zones, Bestshore personnel are
able to take on complex design, development and implementation
projects. Activities conducted by a Project or Programme Manager
include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing
business cases and cost benefit analyses, communicating to an
executive committee, setting up a project office creating and
reporting program status, allocating resources across multiple
projects, defining and implementing project governance policies and
managing the budget of the program.
We have the experience to select the right
project management method for a given project, recognise when scope
creep needs to be highlighted, and detailed enough to understand the
technical arguments and decisions that affect timelines.
Bestshore Project Managers take a common sense
approach to managing projects. We focus on aligning the project plan
with client expectations, identifying and managing scope,
prioritizing task completion and staffing the project with skilled,
experienced professionals.
